What is the Labyrinth?

The Labyrinth is an evolving digital repository of my personal reflections, and the resources that have guided me to them and towards transformation. Here, I explore my personal and the collective unconscious and aim to assist those who find this site on their own paths to individuation, self-discovery and transformation.

This blog is a collection of what I’ve learned on my journey and what I continue to discover.

What do labyrinths represent?

The Labyrinth is an ancient symbol, dating back thousands of years, representing themes of journey, transformation, and self-reflection. Unlike a maze, which has dead ends, a labyrinth is unicursal—a single winding path that leads to the center and back out again, mirroring ever complex path we all traverse toward our destinies, or ourselves. If we can think of a labyrinth as a visual representation of a soul’s journey through life, then this blog is a map of my labyrinth; a record of how I reached the center.
